What will you get in return?
In exchange, the Managing Director will receive equity over a 4 year vesting period. The equity shared will depend on the specific skill set of the individual, but will be an enticing share. Since the company does not currently have the funds to support a full-time salary, the compensation will be solely in the form of equity. Other similar 3D designer concepts have been heavily invested in or acquired in the past five years and it is an unparalleled opportunity to get in at the ground level and have an opportunity to make more than a salary could provide. See DYD pitch deck to understand the full opportunity.
Not only is their the equity incentive, but the Managing Director will also have the ability to oversee the website, growth, and overall company operations.
